Every plan
Invoices raised by the ownerRaise, correct before payment, and void an invoice raised in error; voided invoices leave every balance and report.
  • Late fees are entered per invoice; none are assessed automatically
Every plan
Recording payments received elsewhereRecord a check, transfer or cash payment the owner already received. AgenticRentOS did not process it and the record says so.
  • Each payment applies to one invoice; overpayment is refused
Every plan
Residential tenancy recordsHouseholds, leaseholders and occupants, the security deposit record and its settlement, move-in and move-out records, and renewals.
  • One household per unit at a time
  • Up to 12 people per lease; at least one leaseholder
  • One deposit record per lease
  • No month-to-month tenancies or guarantors yet

Every plan

Recordkeeping for properties in all 50 states and Washington, DC. No jurisdiction-specific legal automation.

Screening applicants, serving notices, deposit deductions and renewal decisions stay yours: AgenticRentOS does not screen anyone or send notices, and it records a deposit or a renewal only as you enter it, never deciding one for you.
