Set up one home, step by step
Create your workspace on Launch
Choose Launch at $49 a month. Billing starts at checkout, and you can change plan or cancel from your billing page.
Turn on two-factor authentication
Set up an authenticator app for your owner login. The workspace asks for it before it opens households, leases and payments.
Add the house as a single-family home
Enter the address and choose “Single-family home”. Its one unit is created for you; add bedrooms, bathrooms and square feet if you want them on record.
Add the household and its lease
Record the household, its leaseholders and occupants (up to 12 people, at least one leaseholder), then a fixed-term lease with an end date and rent due on a day from 1 to 28.
Record the security deposit and the move-in
Enter the deposit and the move-in record. Both are records only: no money moves through AgenticRentOS and nothing is held in trust.
Upload the lease
Upload the lease as a PDF to the household's record, where the household can download it. There is no electronic signature.
Raise the first invoice and record payments
Raise the first month's invoice, then record the check, transfer or cash payment you received elsewhere against it.
Invite the household to its portal
Send the portal invitation from the tenant page. The household has one login, for the person billed, and sees its home, rent and other charges in residential words.
Screening applicants, serving notices, deposit deductions and renewal decisions stay yours: AgenticRentOS does not screen anyone or send notices, and it records a deposit or a renewal only as you enter it, never deciding one for you.
