These terms describe permitted use of CRS PropertyOS, the public website, customer property pages, and authenticated property-management services.

Platform and Property Roles
AppraisalStack, LLC operates CRS PropertyOS as a software and hosting service. Use of the platform does not appoint AppraisalStack, LLC as a property manager, leasing agent, escrow holder, attorney, accountant, appraiser, or fiduciary for a customer property unless a separate written engagement expressly states otherwise.
Permitted Use
Visitors may use public pages for property information and inquiries. Tenant and management users may use authenticated features only for accounts, records, and duties they are authorized to access.
Property and Availability Information
Public property information, suite availability, asking rates, tour times, and lease terms may change. Only management-published facts are displayed, and current details must be confirmed before reliance or scheduling.
Restricted Activity
Users may not bypass authentication, access another party's records, interfere with service operation, submit malicious content, misuse automated interfaces, or use the service for unauthorized or unlawful activity.
Account and Service Availability
Users are responsible for protecting their credentials and reporting suspected compromise. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, security response, provider outages, or circumstances outside management control.
Controlling Records
Portal displays, assistant responses, and website summaries are informational interfaces. Executed leases, posted accounting records, payment-provider confirmations, and official management communications remain the controlling operational records.
