Terms of Use

These terms describe permitted use of AgenticRentOS, the public website, customer property pages, and authenticated property-management services.

Platform and Property Roles

AppraisalStack, LLC operates AgenticRentOS as a software and hosting service. Use of the platform does not appoint AppraisalStack, LLC as a property manager, leasing agent, escrow holder, attorney, accountant, appraiser, or fiduciary for a customer property unless a separate written engagement expressly states otherwise.

Permitted Use

Visitors may use public pages for property information and inquiries. Tenant and management users may use authenticated features only for accounts, records, and duties they are authorized to access.

Property and Availability Information

Public property information, suite availability, asking rates, tour times, and lease terms may change. Only management-published facts are displayed, and current details must be confirmed before reliance or scheduling.

Restricted Activity

Users may not bypass authentication, access another party's records, interfere with service operation, submit malicious content, misuse automated interfaces, or use the service for unauthorized or unlawful activity.

Account and Service Availability

Users are responsible for protecting their credentials and reporting suspected compromise. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, security response, provider outages, or circumstances outside management control.

Subscriptions and Billing

Owner subscriptions to AgenticRentOS are billed in advance, monthly or annually as selected, through Stripe Checkout at the price shown for the plan selected when the subscription is started. A workspace created directly from the website begins with one free trial of the Launch plan lasting thirty days; no payment method is collected for the trial, nothing is charged during it or when it ends, and a workspace receives one trial only. The trial ends at the end of the thirty days, and access to the plan's features ends with it unless a subscription has been started. A subscription is started only when the owner completes Stripe Checkout and is charged when it is created, including when that happens before the trial ends; unused trial days are not carried over. Where AppraisalStack, LLC has instead issued an activation link for a guided start, a pilot period of thirty days at no charge applies before the first charge. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. An owner may change plan or cancel at any time from the billing page of the owner workspace; a plan change is applied through Stripe, which charges or credits the prorated difference, and a cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period already paid for, with access continuing until then. Fees already paid are not refunded for partial periods except where applicable law requires a refund. AppraisalStack, LLC will give at least 30 days' notice by email before a price change takes effect, and a change never applies before the end of the billing period in progress. Optional setup assistance is a separate one-time charge that is quoted and agreed before it is billed. Prices exclude sales, use, value-added or similar taxes, which are added where AppraisalStack, LLC is required to collect them. Tenant rent paid through a customer's connected Stripe account is a payment between the tenant and that customer, is settled to the customer's own bank account, and is governed by the Payment Terms rather than by this section.

Vacancy Listings

When you publish a vacancy listing, you grant AgenticRentOS a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, format and, where you choose syndication, distribute in public feeds the listing text and photos you approved, for as long as the listing is published and as needed to keep the advertising record described below. You are the advertiser. You are responsible for the accuracy of each listing, for disclosing every required fee, and for complying with fair-housing and advertising laws where the property is. AgenticRentOS flags some phrases for review but does not provide legal advice and does not approve your listing's legality. AgenticRentOS may remove a listing that appears unlawful, inaccurate, fraudulent or infringing. A removed listing cannot be republished; you may create a new listing. Renters can view listings for free. AgenticRentOS charges renters nothing and takes no fee from a lease.

Electronic Signatures

AgenticRentOS provides electronic signature records for landlords. AppraisalStack, LLC is not a party to any document signed through the service, does not draft or review documents, does not verify a signer's identity beyond control of their email address or tenant portal sign-in, and does not give legal advice. You are responsible for whether a document may be signed electronically under the law that applies to it, including any witnessing, notarization, recording or translation requirement, and you may not send notices of default, termination or eviction for electronic signature. Signing through the service never changes the lease record in AgenticRentOS, its rent, its dates or any invoice.

Books

Books summaries are prepared from the records in your workspace on a cash basis. They are not trust-account statements and not tax advice; your preparer decides what is filed.

Manufactured-Home Communities

Manufactured-home and mobile-home park laws (rent-increase notice periods, rule changes, prospectus or disclosure duties, home sales and buyer approval, abandonment, liens, evictions and utility billing) vary by state and locality. AgenticRentOS records what you enter and does not compute, time, send or enforce any of them; you confirm which apply, including where a community-owned home rented with its lot is also covered by general residential landlord-tenant law.

Land Records

Crop-share records and land income exports show only figures the owner entered, added up; they are not tax, accounting, marketing or farm-program advice, and nothing is filed with or reported to any agency. An invoice raised from a land installment is an ordinary invoice in the owner's own records. AgenticRentOS does not send it, collect it, add a late fee or interest, file a landlord's lien or take any collection step.

Custom Domains

We may remove a custom domain from your workspace, without prior notice, if we receive a credible complaint that it infringes a trademark or other right, if it is used for phishing, malware or other abuse, if a court or registrar requires it, or if your workspace has closed. We will tell the workspace's owners by email and keep a record of the reason. Your property page stays available at its agenticrentos.com address. You can reply to that email to contest the removal.

Controlling Records

Portal displays, assistant responses, and website summaries are informational interfaces. Executed leases, posted accounting records, payment-provider confirmations, and official management communications remain the controlling operational records.
